BOCA RATON, Fla. - Floridant -- (West Palm Beach, FL – July 27, 2026) With the upcoming Florida Primary just weeks away, the League of Women Voters of Palm Beach County (LWVPBC) is hosting several informative pre- and post-election events:
In Person Candidate Forum
Port of Palm Beach Board of Commissioners, Groups 4 & 5
Tuesday, July 28, 6:00 to 7:30 pm
At the Vista Center in West Palm Beach
This free, open Candidates Forum is part of the League's ongoing mission to provide potential and first-time voters with reliable, responsible, nonpartisan information prior to the primary on August 18 and general election on November 3, 2026. LWVPBC invites all residents and voters to participate at the Vista Center, located at 2300 N. Jog Road in West Palm Beach 33411.
At this event, LWVPBC will distribute helpful, how-to handcards with two clear messages:
+ What's on YOUR Ballot? with both a QR code and a website address (VOTE411.org/Ballot) for direct access to trusted, localized, nonpartisan voter information.
+ General Voting Info 2026 with both a QR code and a website address (LWVPBC.org/Vote2026 (http://www.LWVPBC.org/Vote2026)) to check on voter status (has your voter registration been purged?), register to vote, update personal voter information, check your vote-by-mail ballot, find polling locations, or research campaigns and candidates.
