Sertoma International is pleased to announce that Kathy Glenn of Land O' Lakes, Fla., has been elected as the Southeastern Regional Director, effective July 1, 2026. She will serve a three-year term after being elected by fellow Sertomans throughout the Southeastern Region, which includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Glenn has been an active member of the Tampa Gem Sertoma Club since 2005. During that time, she has served as club president three times, board chair, vice president of membership, vice president of fundraising, and in numerous club director and committee chair roles.
Prior to joining Sertoma, Glenn attended many club functions with her late husband and was inspired by the organization's strong volunteer spirit and unwavering commitment to serving the community. Because her mother wore hearing aids, Sertoma's hearing health mission has always held special personal significance, making her decision to become part of the international board especially meaningful.
Outside of Sertoma, Glenn is a retired restaurateur and semi-retired chef. She remains active in the Tampa community by managing two small food-related businesses she founded. A native of South Carolina, Glenn has called Florida home for the past 28 years. She is the proud mother of two sons and grandmother to five grandchildren.

"I believe that collaboration, stronger communication, and mutual support among our clubs are essential to ensuring the organization thrives in an ever-changing world," Glenn said. "My goal is to bring our clubs closer together so Sertomans can continue advancing our shared mission of Service to Mankind."
