FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- Integrity Employee Leasing, one of the fastest-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) companies in the nation, is introducing its new Integrity Charitable Foundation that will provide financial support for various nonprofit organizations who have a positive influence and impact on the community. With a pledge to raise $60,000 this year, the Foundation has selected Better Together as its 2022 Nonprofit Organization of Choice.
"At Integrity Employee Leasing, we are committed to making a difference within the communities where we live and work," said Robert Hensley, CEO of Integrity Employee Leasing. "For that reason, we started the Integrity Charitable Foundation and partnered this year with Better Together in support of its mission to empower people through better families and better jobs."
Integrity Employee Leasing kicked off the Foundation's commitment by presenting a check for $10,000 in addition to donated food items to Better Together. Named the Foundation's 2022 Nonprofit Organization of Choice, Better Together is dedicated to the single mission of keeping families together and keeping children out of foster care through programs that empower parents to find employment and provide a loving, safe and supportive foundation for their children.

"When parents fall into crisis, fully screened and trained volunteers host children in their homes while mentoring parents toward stability. By addressing the root causes of their struggle – finding a job, securing housing, childcare, treatment and more – they can reunite as a family with the tools and support system to thrive," said Megan Rose, CEO of Better Together. "We are grateful for the support of Integrity Employee Leasing, and the Foundation's generous pledge to help us achieve our mission."
Since 2015, Better Together has served more than 3,200 children and 34,000 job seekers through the privately funded organization's two highly successful programs, Better Families and Better Jobs.
Since 2004, Integrity Employee Leasing has helped businesses grow by handling human resources including payroll, benefits, compliance, risk management and more. This year, Integrity forecasts its managed payroll to again grow by double-digit percentages. Through the Foundation, Integrity Employee Leasing's employees, as well as its clients, will have the option to participate in tax-deductible donations through payroll deductions and individual contributions. The company has nearly 50 internal employees and more than 15,000 leased employees across 18 states.
