Integrity Employee Leasing again named one of Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida

PUNTA GORDA, Fla. - Floridant -- Integrity Employee Leasing, one of the country's fastest-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) companies, is again being honored as a top workplace in Southwest Florida.

For the second time in three years, the Charlotte County-based business has been named one of the region's Best Places to Work by Gulfshore Business magazine. The 2024 honor follows a similar designation in 2022 (https://www.gulfshorebusiness.com/the-best-plac...). This year, 22 companies earned recognition.

Best Places to Work in Southwest Florida is a research-driven program from Best Companies Group that examines a submitted company's practices, programs and benefits. Employee surveys on such factors as company leadership, corporate culture, pay and benefits and overall engagement account for 75% of a company's score.

Employees at Integrity Employee Leasing ranked the company in the 90^th percentile or higher on those four measures as well as role satisfaction; relationships with supervisors; and the availability of training, development and resources to enhance job performance and company growth.
