The company was born after the founder, Charles Johnston, went on a trip to Haiti. The country's potential inspired Johnston after seeing the lack of technological resources. "I want to change everything about how digital marketing and tech support is delivered. For 20 years, I've watched technology explode into a landscape of endless opportunities for businesses and organizations doing good work worldwide. But the quality of digital marketing and web design services hasn't kept up," Johnston states in the company's manifesto.
Committed to enhancing the lives of those who want to serve, HeartWired Digital Solutions was created to help small businesses and nonprofits thrive. The agency uses web design and digital marketing for good, locally and globally. It has been a part of the Jacksonville community for almost a decade as the owner was nominated Small Business Leader of the Year for the West Council of JAX Chamber in 2020. The company has spoken on topics related to digital marketing and leadership skills at several conferences such as ITProCamp, WCJAX, and more.
