NEW YORK, Dec. 4, 2024 ~ Hearst Media Production Group (HMPG) has announced the highly anticipated premiere of their new series, "Extraordinary World with Jeff Corwin," set to air on Saturday, January 4. The original program, produced in partnership with The Brady Hunter Foundation, will be hosted by Emmy®-winning conservationist Jeff Corwin and will be featured as part of the "CBS WKND" educational/informational programming block on CBS (check local listings).
The 30-minute weekly series will showcase ordinary individuals who are making an extraordinary impact on the world through their efforts in animal advocacy, wildlife conservation, youth empowerment, and addressing food insecurity issues. Viewers can also catch the show on Paramount+.
Hosted by Jeff Corwin and in collaboration with the Miami-based Brady Hunter Foundation, "Extraordinary World" will take viewers on a journey across the country. From cleaning up Florida's beaches to supporting local animal sanctuaries and even hitting the streets of New York City and Los Angeles, each episode will highlight acts of compassion and generosity with the help of guest celebrities. The show aims to demonstrate how one small act of kindness can have a ripple effect on communities and ultimately make a positive impact on the world.

Bryan Curb, HMPG's executive vice president and general manager for education/information, expressed excitement about the partnership with The Brady Hunter Foundation and believes that this uplifting series is a perfect fit for CBS WKND's schedule.
The founder and Chief Executive of The Brady Hunter Foundation, Josh Fox, shared his enthusiasm for "Extraordinary World," stating that it aligns perfectly with their mission to give a voice to those who are often overlooked or vulnerable. He hopes that through this program they can promote causes that make the world a better place.
HMPG currently has over 30 original series in their portfolio and produces hundreds of hours of original content annually for leading broadcast networks, station groups, and streaming platforms. With a library of over 5,000 hours of programming, their content can be found in 97 countries.
