Hard Rock International Joins Forces with Major Food Group to Bring New and Exclusive Dining Experiences to Its Hotel and Casino Guests

HOLLYWOOD, Fla., Feb. 20, 2024 ~ Hard Rock International has announced a new partnership with Major Food Group (MFG) to enhance dining experiences at their global properties. MFG, co-owned by Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi, will not only support existing projects but also contribute to future developments.

As part of the collaboration, MFG will serve as an advisory role in curating new food and beverage programming at established integrated resort locations such as Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, and Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City. They will also assist in creating restaurant concepts for upcoming Hard Rock properties like the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Athens.

Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming, expressed excitement about the partnership stating, "We always strive to provide our guests with memorable dining experiences, so we could think of no better partner to take things to new levels at these properties than the team at Major Food Group." The event marked Seminole Gaming's historic launch of Craps, Roulette and Sports Betting at six properties across the state.
