Northwestern Kellogg–trained, strategy-first advisory serving Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota and Tampa.
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- FORT MYERS, Fla. — Gulf Coast AI Partners, a new AI strategy and transformation advisory, has launched to help Southwest Florida businesses adopt artificial intelligence the right way — with strategy, governance, and a clear roadmap instead of guesswork. The practice is a division of North America Entry LLC, an international AI strategy and market-entry consultancy that works with multiple clients across borders.
"Most local owners I talk to don't have an AI problem — they have an adoption problem," said Andrew Geisel, founder of Gulf Coast AI Partners. "The tools are cheap and everywhere. What's missing is knowing which one actually moves the needle for a small business and which is just hype."
The firm's approach is built on the frameworks taught in Northwestern Kellogg Executive Education's AI Strategies for Business Transformation certification program — including the AI Canvas, the AI Radar, and the AI Capability Maturity Model. It pairs that rigor with local understanding of the Southwest Florida market.
More on The Floridant
Rather than starting with tools, Gulf Coast AI Partners starts with where value lives in a business, then moves through five stages — assess, prioritize, roadmap, implement, and govern. Services include AI readiness assessments, strategy and roadmaps, use-case discovery, generative and agentic AI advisory, AI governance and responsible-use guardrails, and team enablement and change management.
The practice is industry-neutral, serving owners, executives, and department leaders across financial services, professional services, real estate, hospitality, healthcare — in Naples, Fort Myers, Sarasota, Tampa, and the wider Gulf Coast corridor.
"AI projects stall not because the technology fails, but because the strategy, data, and governance aren't in place," Geisel said. "Our job is to help a business invest where AI actually creates value — and to make sure new tools turn into new habits, not stranded pilots."
Andrew Geisel is a Northwestern Kellogg–trained AI strategist who has held leadership roles at Accenture, Oracle, and multiple startups. He lives and works in Southwest Florida.
