JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- GreenPointe Developers proudly welcomes Jeff Murray as Division Manager of the Space Coast Region. Murray will oversee the new division's day-to-day operations and GreenPointe's growth and expansion throughout the region.

Murray brings more than 25 years of experience in all areas of real estate acquisitions, entitlement and development of residential and commercial land including community and product design of single-family, multi-family and mixed-use communities. He will be instrumental in leading development projects from concept to completion throughout the Space Coast region, which extends into East Central Florida and includes the cities of Palm Bay, Melbourne, Cocoa Beach and Titusville.
Murray holds a bachelor's degree, a master's degree and a graduate certificate from the University of Central Florida College of Engineering and has studied Architecture at institutions in Florida and Massachusetts. He is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and the Urban Land Institute.
