FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- The Greater Fort Myers Chamber is hosting a Nonprofit Expo Wednesday, March 19, bringing together more than 20 nonprofits to share volunteer opportunities and ways to give back.
The event will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 12600 University Drive in Fort Myers, providing a welcoming space for networking, philanthropy and community engagement. Attendees will have the chance to explore various nonprofits, connect with representatives and discover meaningful ways to support these causes.
This year's featured nonprofits include A.N.A.'s Friends, Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc., American Red Cross, Florida Gulf Coast to Heartland Chapter, Best Buddies International, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, The Center for Progress and Excellence, Children's Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida, Children's Network of Southwest Florida, Community Cooperative, GiGi's Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center, Girls on the Run Southwest Florida, Gulf Coast Humane Society, Healthy Start Coalition of Southwest Florida, Into the Jordan Ministries, Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida, LARC Inc., Lutheran Services Florida, Providence Family Life Center, RYAN Healing Center, United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades, Valerie's House and YMCA of Southwest Florida.

In addition to learning about the organizations, guests can participate in a competition by voting for their favorite booth. A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to the nonprofit with the most votes, further supporting their mission.
