FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- Goldstein, Buckley, Cechman, Rice, Purtz, Smith & Smith P.A. is pleased to announce the hiring of Shaun Volkmann as marketing manager of the law firm.

Volkmann is originally from Wauwatosa, Wisconsin and has more than 20 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, websites and search engine optimization (SEO). As marketing manager, his duties include overseeing design and updates for the firm's website, tracking metrics, managing SEO and SEM efforts, working with vendors on marketing strategy, assisting with media creation and staff training for the firm.

"Shaun's extensive marketing experience is going to be a great benefit for the firm," said Christopher Smith, managing partner at the firm. "His creativity and vision will elevate our firm's brand and outreach. Volkmann previously served as e-commerce sales manager for a local high-end auto group, where he oversaw the development and distribution of technology to customers, vendors and employees to enhance online sales and improve internal technical and software operations.

He is married to Eve T.K. Volkmann, a partner at the law firm. He has a background in horticulture and volunteers his time performing arboriculture work in the community.
