TAMPA, Fla. - Floridant -- Nutra Organix, LLC ("Nutra Organix"), an affiliate of Globalogi Venture Partners, LLC, announced the acquisition of substantially all assets of Blubay Trading, LLC ("Blubay"), including the Go Nutra® (http://www.gonutra.com/) brand and related intellectual and real property. This transaction cements Nutra Organix's position in the natural supplements category and provides a platform for product and channel expansion.

Under the terms of the transaction, Nutra Organix acquired substantially all assets of Blubay, including Go Nutra® trademarks, goodwill and other intellectual property, inventory, UPC and GTIN codes and certificates, digital assets, formulations, sales and distribution channels, customer lists, and vendor relationships.
