NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2024 ~ During the Excellence in Insurance event in Fernandina Beach, Florida, Glia, a leader in customer interaction technology, announced an expansion of their partnership with Insurity. This new integration with Insurity's Workers' Comp Suite solution will allow insurers to seamlessly interact with their agents and customers directly within the Insurity interface.
Insurity's comprehensive workers' comp suite includes core systems, predictive analytics, premium audit and loss control solutions. With the addition of Glia's integration, insurers now have the ability to meet their agents and policyholders in their preferred channel for support across underwriting, billing, and claims. Glia's ChannelLess® Architecture combines phone and digital channels with AI-powered automation to make interactions with policyholders and agents more efficient.
The announcement was made by Ryan Clissa, Director of Insurance at Glia, during his keynote address at the Excellence in Insurance event. The event brings together over 300 experts from more than 115 leading insurance companies and MGAs to network and share innovative ideas for advancing P&C insurance.

According to Chris Lafond, Chief Executive Officer at Insurity, expanding their successful partnership with Glia was a natural choice as they continue to empower insurers to modernize their technology strategies and drive efficiency across the business.
