Expanding Local Support with Nationwide Operational Capabilities
BOCA RATON, Fla. - Floridant -- entlePath Funeral Concierge today announced the official opening of its Philadelphia Regional Office, marking another milestone in the company's continued expansion of its technology-enabled funeral coordination platform designed to support families across the United States.
The new Philadelphia office will serve families throughout the Greater Philadelphia region, Delaware and Southern New Jersey under the leadership of Regional Lead Victoria Hayes. GentlePath's Florida operations will continue to serve South Florida from its Boca Raton regional office under the leadership of Regional Lead Jon Pierce.
GentlePath is an independent, vendor-neutral funeral coordination and logistics management company that helps families navigate the many operational details involved in planning funeral and memorial services. Rather than replacing funeral homes or other providers, GentlePath serves as a central coordination partner, managing communication, scheduling, timelines and logistics among funeral homes, cemeteries, clergy, transportation providers, florists, memorial vendors and other service partners.
More on The Floridant
While many organizations provide online planning tools, grief resources, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, educational materials, or traditional concierge services, few provide active coordination and oversight once funeral plans begin moving forward. Families are frequently left responsible for managing dozens of time-sensitive decisions across multiple providers while simultaneously coping with the emotional impact of losing a loved one.
GentlePath was created to bridge that gap by serving as an independent family advocate focused exclusively on organizing the funeral process and helping ensure every participant remains informed, coordinated and aligned with the family's wishes.
"Our Philadelphia office represents another important milestone in our long-term growth strategy," said Chris Langston, President of GentlePath. "Although we're expanding our regional presence, GentlePath was built from the ground up to support families nationwide. By combining experienced coordinators, centralized operational teams and our AI-powered coordination platform, we've created an infrastructure capable of delivering consistent, compassionate support regardless of where a family is located."
