SARASOTA, Fla. - Floridant -- Women from across Sarasota and Manatee counties are invited to Galentine's Night, a Feb. 13 event that features an evening of pampering, friendship and networking to benefit families of children with cancer.
Guests at the Valentine's Day-themed event will enjoy champagne spritzers, appetizers, raffle prizes, massages, mini makeovers, complimentary body stretches, shopping opportunities and more.
Proceeds from Galentine's Night will support The Payton Wright Foundation, a Sarasota-based nonprofit organization that assists families who have children being treated for brain and spinal cord malignancies. The organization was founded in honor of Payton Wright, a 5-year-old girl who passed away in 2007 after battling Medulloepithelioma, a very rare form of brain cancer.
