FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- AI is changing the workplace - are you ready?
Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida (SWFL) is offering a powerful opportunity to get ahead: free certification in Google AI Essentials, available now at all seven of its Community Resource Centers.
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a distant concept—it's here, reshaping how businesses operate and how people work. From automating repetitive tasks to enhancing decision-making, AI is becoming a must-have skill across industries. But with this transformation comes a challenge: those without AI skills risk being left behind.
According to the World Economic Forum, AI could displace 83 million jobs by 2027—but it will also create 69 million new ones. The key to staying competitive? Learning how to work with AI, not against it.
That's where Goodwill SWFL comes in. Through a partnership with Google, they're offering free access to the Google AI Essentials certification, a beginner-friendly program that teaches you how to use AI tools to boost productivity, solve problems, and stay relevant in a rapidly evolving job market.
