The Governor signed the proclamation in response to a request from Brian Fienemann, Director of Real Estate Management and Development. The proclamation is in line with President Donald Trump's Proclamation issued earlier this year which also calls for flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.

The Governor's proclamation serves as a reminder of the brave veterans who fought for our great Nation during World War II and honors those who lost their lives in the attack on Pearl Harbor.
