TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Governor Ron DeSantis has made two new appointments to the Baker County Development Commission, as announced in a press release today. Hawke Forbes and Weston Mann have been selected to join the commission and bring their expertise to the table.
Forbes, who is the Co-Owner of Guerry Forbes Funeral Home, has a strong presence in his community. He currently serves as the Acting President of the Macclenny Lions Club and the Baker County Chamber of Commerce. Forbes also holds an associate degree in funeral service from Florida State College at Jacksonville.

Joining Forbes on the commission is Weston Mann, a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner at St. Vincents Medical Center. Mann previously worked as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner at UF Primary Care CrossRoads. He holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a master's degree in nursing from Chamberlain University.
Both Forbes and Mann bring valuable experience and knowledge to their new roles on the Baker County Development Commission. Their appointments are sure to have a positive impact on the development and growth of Baker County.
