TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ~ Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of nine individuals to the Jackson County Hospital District. The appointees include Sarah Clemmons, Wilanne Daniels, Allen Harkins, Charles Hudson Jr., John Milton, Reverend Louie "LaVon" Pettis, Robert Reiff, Dr. Joseph Sherrel and Henry "Keith" Williams.
Sarah Clemmons is the President of Chipola College and an executive board member for CareerSource Chipola and Florida's Great Northwest. She also serves as a board member of the Chipola College Foundation. Clemmons earned her associate degree from Chipola College, her bachelor's degree from the University of West Florida, her master's degree from Troy University and her doctorate from Florida State University.
Wilanne Daniels is the County Administrator for the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners and previously served as Community Development Director for the same board. She was awarded the 2023 "Excellence in Leadership" Award from the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and earned her associate degree from Chipola College, her bachelor's degree in business administration from Florida State University and her master's degree in professional counseling from Liberty University.

Allen Harkins is the Owner of Food N Fun Inc., former President and current member of Marianna Rotary Club and earned his associate degree from Chipola College and his bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
Charles Hudson Jr., Regional Market Executive for First Commerce Credit Union, currently serves as Vice Chair of Jackson County Hospital Corporation and is a member of Chipola Civic Club and Chipola Appreciation Club. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from University of West Florida and his master's degree from Louisiana State University.
John Milton is a Real Estate Sales Associate who previously served as President of Marianna Rotary Club, Chairman of Jackson County Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer at First Presbyterian Church in Marianna. He earned his bachelor's degree from University of Florida.
Reverend Louie "LaVon" Pettis is Lead Pastor for Evangel Church, Vice Chair at North Florida Inland Recovery Group and a member at Chipola Civic Club with a master's degree in theology and doctorate in ministry from Summit Bible College.

Robert Reiff is Real Estate Appraiser for Brown-Reiff Associates Inc., former President at Jackson County Chamber of Commerce with an associate degree from Chipola College and bachelor's degree in finance & real estate from Florida State University.
Dr Joseph Sherrel is Physician at Pediatric Associates in Marianna who previously served on Jackson County Hospital Corporation with a bachelor's & Doctor Of Medicine degrees both obtained at University Of Florida .
Henry "Keith" Williams is Owner & Insurance Agent for Keith Williams State Farm Agency who serves as President-Elect for Chipola Civic Club & former President & Treasurer at Marianna Kiwanis Club & Jackson County Chamber Of Commerce respectively with a bachelor's Degree From The University Of Florida .
Governor DeSantis expressed confidence that these nine individuals will serve their community well through their appointment to the Jackson County Hospital District Board.
