JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- Arts Empowered Inc. is excited to announce its selection as one of the five businesses awarded the Jax Melanin Market Mini-Grant for the fourth quarter of 2024. The Melanin Market, in collaboration with the Community First Cares Foundation, is providing (20) $1,000 micro-grants throughout 2024 and 2025. Each quarter, five business owners are chosen from a pool of applicants to receive these grants, which are intended to cover business-related expenses that can propel their enterprises to new heights.
"We are thrilled to utilize this grant to enhance our marketing efforts through social media campaigns," said Celeste Payne, founder of Arts Empowered Inc. "By investing in targeted social media advertising, we aim to broaden our audience and increase engagement with our creative programs, reaching more individuals and communities."
