Traci DiMartini will inspire attendees with fresh ideas to transform the civil service to adapt to the future of work – today.
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Floridant -- FDR Training, the nation's leading federal civil service law training event attracting decision-makers from nearly every federal agency, announced Chief Human Capital Officer of the U.S. General Services Administration, Traci DiMartini, as the opening keynoter for the annual training, taking place August 7 - 10 at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Florida.
In her Opening Keynote, The Federal Workforce: Challenges for Today – and Tomorrow, DiMartini will discuss how agencies must embrace flexible HR policies and create more inclusive workplace cultures. As a leader in using innovative strategies to recruit, retain and upskill the workforce, she will also share tips and lessons learned from her career in federal HR and discuss governmentwide efforts to help agencies develop the workforces they need to meet their unique missions.

In her role leading the Office of Human Resources Management, DiMartini leads HR support activities for the 12,000 employees of the agency. She is responsible for the U.S. General Services Administration-wide policy and oversight of all aspects of Human Capital Management. She previously served as the Chief Human Capital Officer for the Peace Corps, Chief Human Capital Officer for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Director for Human Resources Enterprise Management Systems at the Department of Agriculture, and as the first-ever career Deputy Director for the Chief Human Capital Officers Council at the Office of Personnel Management.
At the 2023 FDR Training event, attendees will hear from the nation's top federal employment law experts as they discuss the latest changes in laws, regulations and administration priorities impacting the federal workforce and gain the opportunity to earn their annual training requirements.
