  • Post-COVID Reasonable Accommodation Requests: Responding Effectively – EEOC Administrative Judges Oshia Banks and Shanon Levin will explore solutions to real-world difficulties presented by reasonable accommodation requests in this ever-changing post-COVID era while providing guidance on minimizing missteps throughout the interactive process and navigating the hearings process.
  • Telework, Leave, and Reassignment: Addressing Complex Accommodations Confidently – In this expert-level session, veteran disability program managers Kendra Duckworth Shock and Laura Tronge will help attendees understand the parameters of the three accommodations and when they are appropriate.
