Rubbo brings to employEZ over 20 years of consulting experience with a focus on integration and creating great places to work. With experience spanning multiple industries including PEO, healthcare, finance, logistics, and professional services, Rubbo strives to make a difference in both individual and business performance. She has handled a wide variety of organizational challenges and led teams through change while serving as a resource and sounding board to senior leadership teams.

Rubbo recently worked on large mergers of multi-national companies, as well as the harmonization of subsequent benefits, integration and assimilation projects.
