LARGO, Fla. - Floridant -- The Classic Corvette Dream Giveaway, which concluded on April 29, 2025, has a winner. Congratulations to Carl Pruitt of Georgia, the grand-prize recipient of a rotisserie-restored 1970 Corvette Stingray! In addition to this stunning classic Corvette, the grand-prize package included an $21,500 payout to cover the federal prize taxes on behalf of the winner.
Carl made his winning donation on April 28, 2025.
"All of the charities that these giveaways benefit are great but since we have a son who was in the Navy the military charities are extra special to us," Carl shared.
He received the life-changing phone call on May 15, 2025, informing him of his win.
"When I got the call, I just couldn't believe it," he said. "After it sunk in that I actually won, I was really excited to go tell my family and friends. The award ceremony at the Dream Giveaway Garage was AWESOME. Walking through the garage was like a kid in a candy store and all the people at the award ceremony were great. My wife and I loved the information and dedication the representatives from Honor Flight had at the award ceremony. It seems like everyone was as excited as I was!"

The Classic Corvette Dream Giveaway is sponsored by New Beginning Children's Homes (NBCH), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing long-term residential care in a family-style, faith-centered environment for foster children.
