ESC continues to be members of the THON For the Kids Society and members of the Penn State University's President's Club
CLERMONT, Fla. - Floridant -- Educational Services & Consulting (ESC) is proud to announce its corporate sponsorship of the Penn State Dance Marathon (THON) for 2025.
THON, recognized as the largest student-run philanthropy globally, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Each February, THON culminates in a 46-hour, no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon at Penn State University, uniting more than 16,500 student volunteers in the fight against pediatric cancer.
ESC's connection to Penn State runs deep. Angela Milligan, Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer of ESC, is an alumna of Penn State and was an active member of the Women in Business (WIB) organization. In 2012, Angela represented WIB as a THON dancer, demonstrating her commitment to the cause. This personal involvement underscores ESC's dedication to supporting initiatives that make a meaningful impact.

"Our Aunt Connie's initial intention with this company was to provide an opportunity where anyone could feel like they had the power and resources to obtain an education that provided a pathway to a sustainable career," Natalie Zimmerman, Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer of ESC, said. "All of us at ESC believe this starts with children."
ESC continues their sponsorship of THON 2025 in memory of their founder and her philanthropic legacy.
ESC's ties to Penn State are multigenerational. Zimmerman adds "Aunt Connie graduated from Penn State in 1980 as well as her son, our cousin, Fred in 2005 (who passed away from cancer in 2008). Our mother, Cindy graduated in 1982, and my sister Angela graduated in 2012. I will receive my MBA from Penn State in 2025 so there is no better place to support than this organization and University that is ingrained in our family history."
In addition to its philanthropic efforts, ESC is committed to advancing professional education within the insurance industry. The company offers online courses for the 6-20 Accredited Claims Adjuster (ACA) designation and the 4-40 Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR) designation.
