CLERMONT, Fla. - Floridant -- Educational Services and Consulting (ESC), a leading provider of education and training services for the insurance industry, is thrilled to announce its new blog series showcasing exciting career opportunities beyond auto, homeowner, and recreational vehicle claims.
"At Educational Services & Consulting (ESC), we are excited to help guide our students on their accredited claims adjuster journey and particularly love when those who have obtained their 6-20 ACA designation ask us for suggestions on what to focus on next," Co-Owner and Chief Strategy Officer, Natalie Zimmerman, said.
There are lots of different specialty areas and the team at ESC appreciates the opportunity to guide individuals towards a successful and rewarding career in insurance adjusting.
"Once our students have initial training through our Accredited Claims Adjusting course, they have the ability to further specialize and build on the skills and knowledge they already have," Zimmerman said. "We've put together a series of blog posts to give our students the ability to learn more about various specialty areas within claims adjusting."

ESC's blog series includes overviews of working as a Commercial Property Claims Adjuster, Catastrophe Claims Adjuster, Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster, Liability Claims Adjuster and Environmental Claims Adjuster.
"No matter your area of interest, there is most likely a specialized area of claims adjusting that is a good fit for you," Zimmerman said. "At ESC, we take our role of mentoring aspiring adjusters seriously even after they've become fully licensed."
Working as an insurance adjuster, having the ability to take copious notes, have good listening skills and have a keen understanding of inspecting damage and writing claims is often needed.
For more information on how to earn your 6-20 ACA designation and join this growing field, please call ESC's Clermont, Florida office at 1-800-309-2459. Beyond their ACA course, ESC has partnerships that allow students to continue learning the proper ways to handle claims and continue to grow their career.

In Florida, once individuals earn their 6-20 accredited claims adjuster designation, they can apply to the state for their all-lines adjuster license. This will enable people to work on home insurance claims, auto and RV insurance claims, and property insurance claims while providing the flexibility to work as a staff claims adjuster or an independent insurance adjuster.
Even if moving out of the state of Florida, Florida has a reciprocity agreement with other states within the U.S. Individuals who obtain their Florida license are eligible to work in 34 of the 37 states across the U.S. that require an adjuster license.
