ORLANDO, Fla. - Floridant -- Dr. Arnold Sanchez, author, speaker and former nonprofit executive, today announced the launch of Stonebreakers, a leadership development company created to help leaders and teams become stronger in the moments that test them most.

Dr. Sanchez holds a Doctorate in Urban Ministry and has served as an author, nonprofit executive, church planter, and organizational leader. His experiences leading through growth, adversity, and organizational change helped shape the Stonebreakers philosophy.

"Some of the most important leadership lessons I've learned didn't come from the moments when everything worked," said Dr. Sanchez. "They came from the moments when I had to decide whether I was willing to keep going."
