Curran Young Construction begins work on The Reserve at Eastwood

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. - Floridant -- Curran Young Construction today announced the beginning of construction on The Reserve at Eastwood, a new 288‑unit affordable housing community in Fort Myers.

The development project is the latest affordable housing work from Curran Young and will deliver high‑quality, accessible housing and a full slate of resident amenities designed to serve the growing needs of the community.

The three‑story, 389,355‑square‑foot complex will feature seven apartment buildings surrounding a robust amenity package that includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, pickleball court, dog park, children's playground and a trash compactor.
