RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - Floridant -- In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Community Partners of South Florida (CPSFL) is proud to announce a transformative partnership with The RENEW Experience™. This collaboration will provide critical resources specifically tailored to support the mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness of women who lead and serve in non-profit organizations across Palm Beach County.
Research shows that women in caregiving and leadership roles often place the needs of others before their own—frequently at the expense of their own well-being. This can lead to chronic stress, burnout, and diminished effectiveness.
Through this partnership, CPSFL is taking a bold step in fostering a culture of self-care, resilience, and sustainability for its nearly 200 dedicated staff members and the wider non-profit community.
"In the non-profit world, we are constantly giving. But you can't pour from an empty cup. Creating a culture of care within our organizations is not a luxury; it's a necessity," said Kelly Powell, CEO of Community Partners of South Florida. "By prioritizing the well-being of our caregivers, we not only support them as individuals but also strengthen the entire non-profit ecosystem."
