Community of Seven Pines achieves milestones

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- he master-planned community of Seven Pines is coming along nicely and quickly taking shape. Nearly 500 new homes have sold, residents are enjoying the community's magnificent amenity center and construction is underway on several commercial and retail properties.

Seven Pines offers a range of single-family home sites from 40' and 70' wide with front and alley-loaded entry options, and alley-loaded townhomes with detached garages. Seven Pines' home designs range in size from 1,500 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet. ICI Homes and David Weekley Homes have nine model homes open daily at Seven Pines.
