Dr. Puzzitiello specializes in surgical treatment of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. He has a distinct passion for joint preservation procedures, including advanced cartilage restoration and hip arthroscopy, for treating conditions like labral tears and femoroacetabular impingement (FAI). Utilizing cutting-edge robotic and virtual navigation technologies for shoulder and knee procedures, Dr. Puzzitiello offers precision, accuracy and improved outcomes.

Dr. Puzzitiello completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. He then pursued a fellowship in sports medicine surgery at the University of Utah.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Puzzitiello has authored more than 100 scientific publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed orthopedic journals. His work has been presented at national and international conferences, and he has received multiple awards for his contributions to the field.

He currently serves as a team physician for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team, the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Bradenton Marauders.
