New SaaS platform launches with 12 specialized AI agents, with more in active development, to power formulary management, claims analytics, regulatory compliance, and more across the pharmacy benefit ecosystem
TAMPA, Fla. - Floridant -- Claimalytics, LLC today announced the launch of atlas-ai, a first-of-its-kind agentic AI platform designed specifically for the healthcare industry. atlas-ai launches with 12 purpose-built AI agents organized across three operational tiers, with additional agents in continuous development, to transform how health plans, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and provider organizations handle the most complex, time-intensive workflows in pharmacy benefit management.
atlas-ai Platform Overview
atlas-ai is architected around a three-tier agent framework that mirrors the operational structure of pharmacy benefit management.
Built on Public Drug Data Infrastructure
atlas-ai leverages a proprietary drug data resolution pipeline built on RxNorm, the National Library of Medicine's drug normalization standard. By resolving drug identifiers at the Semantic Clinical Drug (SCD) level using RxCUI, atlas-ai can reliably match free-text drug names, NDC codes, and formulary entries across manufacturer and labeling variations. The platform also integrates data from CMS (NADAC, Medicare Part D, ASP), the FDA NDC Directory, DailyMed labeling, and state Medicaid Preferred Drug Lists to deliver real-time formulary intelligence and drug pricing context.

Private AI Models with Verified, Controlled Sources
All Claimalytics products and agents are powered by private AI models that operate within a controlled data environment. Unlike general-purpose AI systems that draw from the open internet, atlas-ai and its agents do not have unrestricted access to external web content. Every source referenced, cited, or used by the AI models has been vetted, verified, and approved by Claimalytics before it enters the platform's knowledge base.
This controlled-source architecture is a deliberate design decision for the healthcare industry, where accuracy and traceability are not optional. By restricting the AI models to approved data sources such as CMS publications, FDA databases, DailyMed labeling, RxNorm, state Medicaid formularies, and other verified clinical and regulatory references, Claimalytics ensures that every response, recommendation, and output generated by the platform is grounded in material that meets the company's standards for reliability and clinical validity. No unverified, uncontrolled, or unapproved internet content is used by any Claimalytics agent or product.
