MIAMI - Floridant -- In our continuing effort to help entrepreneurs scale their businesses without friction, PAG Law's team of experts is hosting free office hours open to all founders and builders. Past sessions have covered topics like the Cayman Sandwich, SAFE essentials, and corporate restructuring ("flip") considerations, and have been led by partners Juan Pablo Cappello, Liz Flores, and Esteban Elias.

Our office hours are designed to cover essential information for entrepreneurs interested in scaling their businesses in the United States, and provide a space to interact with our team, including dedicated time for founders to ask questions live.
