SANIBEL ISLAND, Fla. - Floridant -- Captiva Cruises, a family-owned and operated cruise excursion service, is partnering with Bailey's General Store and The Island Store to host two wine tasting sunset cruises in March and April aboard the Lady Chadwick.
Guided by Captiva Cruises' U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captains, the 90-minute cruises will take guests through Pine Island Sound to the Gulf of Mexico while they watch for dolphins and native birds and learn about a curated selection of fine wines. Each cruise will spotlight a tasting of four unique wines that are hand-selected and presented by Calli Johnson, wine steward for Bailey's General Store and The Island Store.
The first cruise is set for Monday, March 18 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. with boarding at 6:15 p.m., while the second cruise is on Monday, April 8 from 6:45 to 8:15 p.m. with boarding at 6:30 p.m. Cruises depart from McCarthy's Marina, located at 11401 Andy Rosse Lane on Captiva.

Tickets are $55 per person and include a 1.5-hour sunset cruise and four wine tasting samples. After the wine tasting, guests can place an order of their favorite wines for pickup at The Island Store. Captiva Cruises also offers its own full bar and snacks that can be purchased during the cruise. Parking is $5 per vehicle.
