Miami, FL – June 2025 – Braxus Entertainment Group, a rapidly growing leader in event production and entertainment services, has officially acquired All Star Events, one of South Florida's most well-established event rental and entertainment companies. Founded in South Florida, Braxus Entertainment Group now owns and operates seven specialized event brands, offering a wide range of services including interactive attractions, event rentals, live entertainment, and full-scale event production.
