JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Floridant -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty is hosting Luxury Live, an event to learn how to earn the nationally recognized Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. The Luxury Live event is Feb. 25-26, at Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Jacksonville. This designation identifies Realtors who have achieved success in the luxury home and estate markets.

The CLHMS designation is a mark of distinction for top-performing Realtors and signifies expertise, credibility and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The training and designation are offered through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an independent authority in training and certification. The program is open to all licensed real estate professionals, regardless of firm or brand affiliation.

The immersive luxury real estate training offers invaluable insight into marketing luxury home properties. The Institute's CLHMS designation is recognized as the gold standard in luxury designations and the official luxury designation of many national and international brands.

To earn the CLHMS designation, Realtors must meet the Institute's educational, sales, and membership requirements. Completing the Institute's specialized training and becoming an Institute member is the first step. The participant must also demonstrate proven production in the luxury home market by closing three properties (priced at $750,000 or more in Northeast Florida) within 24 months. The CLHMS designation assures affluent buyers and sellers that the Realtors who have earned it have the knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence they require to successfully manage their high-end transactions.
