TAMPA, Fla. - Floridant -- Excellence deserves recognition, which is why Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group created the Legendary Award. Their goal is to recognize the best of the best among their company of residential and commercial real estate agents. The award is not based on production but instead based on those who have become a LEGENDARY REALTOR® while also being awesome human beings. "This is one of the most special awards we get to present. It awards members of our team, not simply for being legendary at their jobs but for being incredible human beings. These are the best people in our company as voted by their peers and the public. It's incredibly special for us to give these "you're an outstanding human" awards," stated Casey Bryan, President of BHHS Florida Properties Group.
This is a way to celebrate the incredible victories, of those who constantly strive for an excellent customer experience, and go above and beyond to support their office, fellow real estate agents, and their company. To qualify for nomination, the agent must have a minimum of 5 years with BHHS Florida Properties Group as well as a minimum of 5 transactions or managed properties (YTD). Once the nomination period ended, anyone in the public was able to vote and the top 5 agents with the most votes at the end were inducted into the Hall of Legends, which recognizes the best of the best among their organization.

The Legendary Award will be an annual award, so 5 people have the opportunity to be inducted every year. At the company's annual Award Ceremony on March 2nd, 2023, the newest five agents to be inducted into the Hall of Legends were announced and awarded. We want to congratulate Kim Cash for being one of the five legendary realtors inducted. With over 155 votes from the public, Kim is truly legendary!
"Exceptional service deserves recognition! It takes a special kind of person to work with consistency, integrity, drive, and determination to achieve the high honor of the Legend Award. You are amazing and are most deserving of this special recognition. Congratulations again and I wish you continued success," stated Diane Howard, Market President of BHHS Florida Properties Group Carrollwood Office.
When speaking with Kim about what it means to her to be inducted into the Hall of Legends it was clear that the award went to someone legendary in more ways than one. "The Hall of Legends Award isn't your average award. It isn't who's been here longest or who's got more closed volume, it's so much more than that! I think that's why not only being nominated for this awesome award but being one of the winners means the world to me! I've been part of this incredible company for 18 years and being recognized as an agent that supports their community, assists other agents with guidance and education along with providing world class service to my clients is what makes me happy! Being surrounded by a work family of positivity, a community that I can contribute to and a career of helping people achieve their dreams isn't enough to get you out of bed every morning, just add a super cool award that your peers, clients, family & friends support you in and there you have it! It's a LEGENDARY feeling!" said Kim Cash.
