ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. - Floridant -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty announces Beaches Luminaria is set for Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025 (rain date Dec. 21, 2025) in Atlantic Beach. Luminaria kits are available for purchase at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty Beaches office while supplies last. The Beaches office is located at 375 Atlantic Blvd., Suite 1, in Atlantic Beach.
"We hope everyone will join us and the City of Atlantic Beach in keeping this magical holiday tradition glowing bright," said Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty President Ann King. "We look forward to seeing the warm and welcoming glow of luminarias lighting up streets and walkways during this festive event that supports local charities."

Each luminaria kit costs $20 and contains 12 white flat-bottom bags, 12 white votive candles and sand. All proceeds from the Atlantic Beach luminaria kit sales support local charities including AB Cares, Boy Scout Troop #15 and the Jacksonville School for Autism, which assembles the luminaria kits.
Purchase of kits is by cash or check only (please make checks payable to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty). Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
