FORT MYERS, Fla. - Floridant -- Mayhugh Commercial Advisors welcomes its newest addition, Luke Kenzik, as vice president of property and asset management.
Kenzik joins the Mayhugh team after over 11 years with Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC), most recently serving as executive director with oversight of Babcock Ranch, a highly acclaimed community with plans for 20,000 residential units and over 6 million square feet of commercial space.
During his tenure at CCMC, Kenzik successfully managed a team of over 60 employees, overseeing the town's residential association, commercial association, and field operations for the Community Development District (CDD).
Kenzik's experience extends beyond Babcock Ranch, as he has managed large-scale, master-planned communities in Austin and Plano, Texas, and Tallahassee, Florida.
A Florida native, Luke holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Florida State University, where he met his wife, Kelly. Married since 2018, the couple recently welcomed their first daughter, Emerson, in October 2022. When he's not on the golf course, Kenzik enjoys cheering on the Seminoles and spending quality time with his family, particularly near the water.
