TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Floridant -- Award-winning real estate broker Danielle Andrews is making waves as she passionately champions first-time homebuyers in Tallahassee, Florida. Formerly in the world of education Danielle has seamlessly transitioned her passion for teaching into educating future residents about the exciting possibilities of homeownership.

With a pioneering career that commenced in 2016, Danielle has become a trailblazer in the real estate sector. In 2020, she obtained her broker license and would found Realty ONE Group Next Generation in 2022. This achievement not only marked a significant milestone for Danielle but also positioned her as Realty ONE Group's first Black female franchisee in the state of Florida and the youngest franchisee in the state. Leading a team of over 25 agents, Danielle and her team are dedicated to helping first-time homebuyers discover their forever homes.

Danielle's exceptional contributions to the real estate industry have earned her recognition, including being one of 50 finalists in the prestigious National Association of REALTORS® 30 Under 30 Competition in 2023.

Beyond her impactful work in real estate, Danielle is an active community leader, holding the position of Secretary for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Nu Omega Omega Chapter. She also serves in leadership roles on nonprofit boards and contributes to the University of Central Florida Black Alumni Association.
