MAGNOLIA, Texas - Floridant -- A new 62+ homeownership community is now open in Audubon in Magnolia, offering active adults a different vision for retirement. At Aderra, residents own their homes while a membership includes chef-prepared meals, housekeeping, utilities, lawn care, and other everyday conveniences.
