This prestigious list highlights individuals who are making a significant impact in the Central Florida business community through visionary leadership, community involvement, and dedication to fostering a thriving business landscape.
Wonus, a seasoned property management and real estate development professional, has guided Atrium Management Company's growth since acquiring it in 2014. Under his leadership, Atrium has expanded its portfolio to over five million square feet of managed residential and commercial property across Florida and Virginia. The company has received multiple honors, including OBJ's "Best Places to Work" award for its commitment to a people-first culture and a community-centered approach.
